We test all patches in-house before sending them to your computers, where we test them again before rolling them out to your network. Rather than allowing an automated system install a patch intended to prevent a potential problem - but actually causing another - we test everything for you. It’s only after we feel confident it’s safe that we apply it for you.
Maintenance
Don’t wait until problems occur. Taking a proactive approach, our engineers perform regular maintenance. We’ll monitor and inventory all your PCs’ assets so you know exactly what RAM, hard drive space and programs they contain. We’ll even track your warranties and service agreements to reduce or eliminate the need to search for paperwork should an in-warranty repair be necessary. To keep you informed on exactly how well your network is performing, we’ll provide a “State-of-the-Network” report card that provides evidence and objective reporting on our performance.
